Dungeon Design, Save System Complete, and New Features on the Horizon for Crimson Sea

Exciting updates are rolling in as we continue development on "Crimson Sea." Our team has successfully completed one dungeon, a light and mysterious environment filled with enemies and secrets. This dungeon is the first of many, and we’re already planning to create more to give players an expansive world of dangerous adventures. Each dungeon will offer unique challenges and treasures, making exploration a key part of the experience.

We’ve also finished integrating the save data into the Soul’s tool scripts. This ensures that players can save their combat progress and return to their game with everything intact. It was a crucial step in combining the custom combat mechanics with the save system, and now that it’s complete, players can enjoy a smoother, more cohesive gameplay experience.

Looking ahead, we’re still researching how to implement both a mutiny system and a bank system. The mutiny system would introduce a dynamic where players must manage their crew’s loyalty to prevent rebellion, adding another layer of depth to the pirate theme. Additionally, a bank system would allow players to manage their resources and loot, creating more strategic decision-making during their adventure. These features are still in the planning phase, but we’re excited to see how they will enhance the game.
